Ist DDoS Strafbar ?

Sind DDoS-Attacken strafbar?
Ich bin in den letzten Tagen in diesem Zusammenhang immer wieder gefragt worden, ob solche DDoS-Attacken denn strafbar sind. Bis vor einigen Jahren war diese Frage äußerst umstritten.
