Nun ist es endgültig. Wie ich hier schon berichtete, hat nun der "Führerstorch" im Streit im die Marke gewonnen.

Das Urteil ist gesprochen: "Storch Heinar" hat im Rechtsstreit gegen "Thor Steinar" gewonnen. Das bei Neonazis beliebte Modelabel wollte die politische Persiflagefigur verbieten lassen - vergebens. Vom Erfolg beflügelt, planen die Macher des "Führerstorchs" nun den nächsten Coup.
