BGH stärkt Recht auf menschenwürdiges Sterben
Der Bundesgerichtshof (BGH) hat die juristische Handhabe für die passive Sterbehilfe erleichtert. Der Abbruch lebenserhaltender Behandlungen ist künftig nicht mehr strafbar, wenn ein Patient dies in einer Verfügung festgelegt hat.
